These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TAGS regarding your use of our retail intelligence tools and affiliate discovery platform.
2. Service Description and Affiliate Disclosure
TAGS provides real-time scanner technology to identify price glitches, clearance items, and unadvertised discounts across over 150 retailers. Please be advised that TAGS is a participant in affiliate marketing programs. We are partnered with Rakuten Advertising and CJ Affiliate. When you click on links provided by our platform and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, technology, scanning algorithms, and data presented through TAGS are the exclusive property of TAGS or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the service for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized scraping, redistribution, or modification of our scanners or data is strictly prohibited.
4. Accuracy of Information
While our scanning technology is designed for high accuracy and real-time updates, we cannot guarantee that every price glitch or deal identified will be honored by the third-party retailer. Prices and availability are subject to change rapidly. Users are responsible for verifying deal details directly on the merchant's site before completing a purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TAGS, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, losses incurred due to expired deals, order cancellations by retailers, or errors in price history data.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the parent company of TAGS is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Changes to Terms
